Sweat Fete Connect is collaborating with I AM Yogi Studios (Southern Queen’s first black-owned yoga studio) for our 4th annual cultural and movement festival. Gear up for this fun-filled day of back-to-back movement, networking, vendors, and carnival showcasing. Our classes and workshops are taught by several fitness and wellness instructors of Afro-Caribbean descent with each certified, experienced, and educated within their perspective fields. Sessions last approximately 20-25 minutes each.
