Curious to learn how Queens Arts Fund funding decisions are made? Enjoy supporting other artists and organizations in your community? Submit a nomination form to serve on a 2022 Queens Arts Fund Application Review Panel!
Panelists are an integral part of the Queens Arts Fund grant-making process. They are artists, cultural workers, educators, and community leaders who are familiar with Queens and care about the people who live here. Panelists carefully review and pre-score 20 to 30 applications and participate in (virtual) panel review sessions in the Spring. This peer review process determines the distribution of grant funds to QAF applicants.
Interested nominees are not required to have prior experience serving on a grants panel; QAF staff will provide training and support to selected nominees before panels convene this Spring.
