Donald Garner, PhD is the CEO of Clark & Garner, a comprehensive educational consulting & solutions firm that specializes in curriculum and program design, research, and leadership and staffing development. He is also an active urban faith leader, Dr. Garner currently serves as the Young Adult Pastor at the historic 20,000+ member The Greater Allen Cathedral of New York under the leadership of Drs. Floyd & Elaine Flake.
