JCAL’s 10-Minute Film Festival

JCAL’s 10 Minute Film Festival is back and for the first time, it will be held in person at our Black Box Theater. On April 9th you can watch short films from some of NYC’s most talented filmmakers.
This year’s theme is “Identity”. A three-member jury will pick 10 films that will be screened live at Jamaica Center for Arts and Learning, awarding a first place ($500) and second place prize ($300); we’ll have an audience pick ($300) as well.
The screenings will be followed by a brief live Q&A with the filmmakers. Finally, award winners and prizes will be announced at the end.
