Creative Conversations

At this month’s Creative Conversations on May 27, 6:00 – 7:30pm, we will continue the discussion of how Queens creatives are sustaining their artistic work in this moment. We’ll unpack some of the financial and emotional hardships, as well as lessons learned, brought on by the pandemic. We invite you to share:

• How has the pandemic impacted the way you make and fund your artwork?
• What strategies have you developed for sustaining creative work during this difficult time?
• Have these new circumstances brought any silver linings or pleasant surprises?

Guest speakers will include sculptor, painter and installation artist Dario Mohr and musician Chris Sahar.
