The Art of Gilbert Dorimain (Through 11/27)

November 27

Free

The Central branch of the Queens Library is proud to present the riveting art of Gilbert Dorimain, a multimedia artist born under the 7-7-7 sign at 7 months and 7 days on February 7, 1971, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Destiny leads me to submission to be an eternal artist. From early on, visual art was my passion, and my teachers recognized my gift and talent. By the time I enrolled in art school, I learned a lot. Pablo Picasso said, ‘For a work of art to be beautiful, it has to be created for the first time.’ I value all styles, but abstract and surrealism are my favorites. I try to create a better life with my artistic ideas and my goal is to achieve perfection.
