We’re hosting Mommy and Me movement class for ages 1-4 on May 26th. The class incorporates tools that help young children grow in their physical and cognitive development with the help of the people they love and trust the most, their parents!

Students will be introduced to different methods of coordination, balance, rhythm and sound recognition, and more. For example, some topics that would be covered are the seven locomotor steps, tempo in relation to movement (moving fast/slow), creative storytelling through movement, and utilizing musical instruments to recognize movement and music qualities.
