Baisley Pond Park Residences Affordable Housing (Closes May 19th)
Baisley Pond Park Residences is a beautiful, newly constructed 126-unit residential project located at 143-06 135th Avenue in the South Jamaica neighborhood in Queens Community Board 12. Building amenities include full time 24/7 security, on-site laundry, indoor garden, community room, kids playroom, fitness room (gym), computer room, tenant storage. Amenities are available to all building residents and this is a smoke-free building. Utilities and amenities are included in rent. The building is located near public transportation. Transit: A train and the Q40, Q10, QM18, Q37, and Q7 buses.
This building is being constructed through the Extremely Low and Low-Income Affordability (ELLA) Program of the New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC) and the Division of Special Needs Housing of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). 192 units in this project are set aside for formerly homeless individuals referred by city agencies. The units listed in this notice are those made available to the general public.
