Queens Tech + Innovation Challenge

FreeThe Queens Tech + Innovation Challenge is a 5-month program for Queens-based startup founders and small business entrepreneurs. who are in the early stages of developing their businesses. Run by Queens Borough President Donovan Richards in collaboration with the Queens Economic Development Corporation, the program will culminate in entrepreneurs pitching their start-ups to a panel of judges, with the chance to secure up to $20,000 in seed funding. We believe that inclusion is an economic imperative and entrepreneurship is open to everyone, regardless of gender, race, or birthplace. This program is funded through grants courtesy of Flushing Bank, Resorts World Casino New York City, Google, Tech: NYC and Patrick B. Jenkins & Associates. Microsoft is also providing in-kind support.

Program dates: The application period opened on October 2, 2024.
The deadline to apply is March 1, 2025.
