(C)art Festival : Pop-up Art in the Park

Located at the King Manor Museum within Rufus King Park in Jamaica, this event is free and open to the public. Featuring local as well as international artists, neighbors of all ages are invited to experience and engage with art ranging from sculpture, paper-making, drawing, poetry-writing, thinking, organizing, healing, conversation and much more. Visitors can make use of the Passive Lawn area outside of King Manor – bring a blanket, picnic, or just enjoy the lovely greenspace. King Manor Museum will also be open for tours 1pm-4:30pm. Park entrance at 153rd Street and Jamaica Avenue, near the Jamaica Center E/J train station, LIRR, and many local bus lines.
